It is the Bank select MSB and LSB byte followed by the program change message.

Probally the best thing to do is to Ignore program change on the K2000 Rack and use its QA bank features for quick selection of sounds and setups when playing live. While forcing you to press buttons on both machines, it is probally much easier and more reliable than most other solutions.
