All reference to the K2000rs will be "K" and the Yamaha PSR 2000 will be "Y"
The Y is set up as the master keyboard and the K is set up as a sound module.
Y midi out to K midi in - midi messages are getting through - If I set a patch on the K it will play fine on the Y. Midi is communicating just fine.
Here is what is happening exactly. If I push the Piano Harpsi button on the Y I get a 11200 patch no in my K, if I then push the Bright piano I get 11201. My confusion is that most patch numbers are only 3 digits. So my guess I is I am getting Sysex numbers transmitted (dumb guess). I did disable the sysex in the Y and that stopped the receiving of any patch changes. The whole K Y thing is getting slippery as hell (Sorry, kind of my sick sense of humor)
