Here my experience with type of Cards.
I use card with the related adapter :
SD Card SANDISK ULTRA II : 512MB
MMC Card TOSHIBA : 256MB
Memory Stick Pro Duo : 512MB
CF SANDISK ULTRA II : 512MB and 1GB
