Nobby,
I have already used several of the styles from other Yamaha boards and converted styles from other manufacturers that I have downloaded from Bob Gelman's PSR styles site. in the PSR 2000. They can be played directly from floppy disk too, without having to load them. The 740 styles sound exactly as they did in the 740 without any tweaking required. The non Yamaha styles require some tweaking to suit me, but they can be tweaked nicely on the 2000 and they play just fine. as long as the Casm sections and markers are correct, any properly made sff styles will play on it. There are even tools available to tweak existing styles, convert midifiles to styles, and / or fix styles that don't play properly available on the SVP World site too.
Don,
I really like that Jive style too. I can think of uses for it myself other than ballroom music.
