Roland's top of the line G70/E80 have 128 voice polyphony (and incredibly fast latency), so rather than compare apples to apples, Ian, you put Roland's mid-line arranger against the $4000 Tyros2...........?

Sorry I took you for worried, I guess I meant 'don't get disappointed!'......... for that, you need to wait and see what Yamaha will drop from the Tyros2 feature set to make the new 3k fit the market price. We'll see...........

I guess my point is......... most Roland demos seem to get greeted by 'Sounds fantastic - very disappointing!!'. Isn't 'sounds fantastic' enough for you guys??????

If Roland can make it sound that good, there's only one reason if you can't...........
