Not to start another conflict here Diki, but I believe the G1000 was built more durable than the inexpensive parts on the PSR..DonM , jokingly had the answer..Keep them fresh, sell them off before they turn..........6 months old..Don't even think about 8 years like Diki and my G1000's..
