Yes, not only does it sound heavy (total weight over 60 lbs) , but it appears it requires setup assembly & breakdown dis-assembly as well. Uncle Dave, 'how long' does it it take to setup/breakdown the Bose L1 system? I really like the Motion Sound amps cause you just bring it in and you're ready to go. No parts to assemble, and no lifting onto pole stands required. My back really appreciates that. - Scott
