Roland Cube:



The 100 watt Roland Cube keyboard amp is no longer in production It was the creme de la creme keyboard amp of the late 80's and early 90's. The "cleanest" sounding keyboard amp of its' time. I wanted one "real badly" when I first started out synth keyboard gigging, but being the typical starving young musician, could only look on in envy while I instead, had to play thru my crappy sounding Peavy KB100 (sorry if I offended anyone here but I'm only giving my honest opinion). Times have changed a lot since then though, as there are more high quality keyboard amp options to choose from these days. I'm sure the Roland Cube-100 will still give the current amps a run for their money though. Fran, I tend to agree with you that the classic Cube-100 sounds better (cleaner) than the current Roland KC series amps.
