I see a naturopathic doctor rather then a traditional family doctor. You may email me as well. I'm an anti-establishment rebel of sorts, so you should acept my opions with a grain of salt.
I had insulin resistance, which is a way of saying premature diabetes. I healed myself with diet & exercise as well. I think exercise helped more then the diet.
My wife is diabetic, and keeps her diabetes in check with herbs and supplements. She refuses to diet & exercise, so it is unlikely that she will be healed, IMO.
