I agree with Uncle Dave. I've got the PSR3000 going into my Yamaha Stage Pas 300 in stereo and then using one of the two powered monitor outputs into one of the inputs on the Behringer and I can't tell the differnce.
The rac ears are included with the mixer in the box. There is no phantom power on the Behringer but the mic pre amps are really clean. If you need Phantom Power you must use a phantom power adapter.
