The last two Mackies I had gave me a lot of trouble which seemed like dirty pots. Their big thing was that the pots were supposed to be sealed, but for whatever reason they became crackly and unresponsive and then various channels stopped working.
I have used Behringer 1202FX every day, first as a live mixer and now as the mixer hooked to my computer at home. I use Behringer 1222FX 3-6 nights a week on the job. No hint of problems with either.
