Don, I look at it this way. Music is a TOUGH way to make a living. You always have to stay one step ahead of the competition. I feel my brain is constantly jumping back and forth between being totally spontaneous & creative (when performing) and then being overly analytical when I get immersed in the technical side of things. I guess I should strive for a happy medium, but that's too dull for me
