TO ALL YOU GIGGING MUSICIANS....OUT THERE.

Right now when I go out to play a regular gig, not a nursing home, besides my keyboard, I bring with me a "rack" containing:

1. A Peavey stereo amp. (2 rack space)
2. A stereo EQ (15 band each side, 1 rack space)
3. A Rolls mixer. (1 space)
4. A Korg X5DR module (1/2 space)
5. Alesis Nanoverb (less than 1/2 space
6. Laptop computer

Now I know the PSR3000 has a built in mixer, has it's own EQ, has it's own reverb and effects, has it's own vocal harmony, and has 2 aux. imputs for possibly adding 2 other musicians.

What I would like to do is eliminate the Mixer, the EQ, the Nanoverb, the Korg module. That would leave me the PSR3000, the Peavey amp, and my laptop. I'm not including the keyboard stand and speakers. They have to be there.

Now I know this is possible, but the question is, will it REALLY work and has anyone ever done this.
To me it sounds like the ideal situation considering the power of the 3K.

Would love to hear some feedback. Thanks.

Peter
