I have to give it up to Prince AJ once again, as always thru the years has been there to help me with any and all things regarding my Ketron products and yesterday was no exception. Even though I have owned and performed with a SD7 two years ago upon it;s release I guess during the setup process on my new 2nd unit here left me with some memory loss on how to assign the joystick as the Leslie Rotary trigger assignment. But without fail a quick Email lead to Prince AJ returning my call within 10 minutes to remedy the situation and put me on the right track within the SD7 OS editing pages to do what was needed. Alas I probably could have found the answer in the new updated SD7 color Manual, but in my haste wanted a quick fix. Now where can you get customer service like that?

Ditto to your comment Donny. Last year I was at a friend’s house in Florida and we had a question about his SD7. I called left AJ a voice mail, then about 5 minutes later he called and explained the “how to.” He’s tops in customer service.
