Wondring if any of you are dealing with arthritis in the hands. I've been having some severe problems and wondering what cures thers have come up with.

Yes ... No "cure" that I know of ... just arthritis pain meds to ease the pain ...
Parafin bath also eases the pain ...

What Tony said. However, exercising the arthritic joint(s) in question does seem to keep them less 'stiff'. I play (keyboards) a lot every day and my hands, although affected by arthritis, are much less affected than all my other joints (knees, hips, arms, shoulders, you name it - it hurts smile ). Just take a couple of aspirin and keep playing.

It gets bad with age, but I have found a lot of success with Magnesium spray ( told to my wife via a naturopath), it works well for me for my pain.
