I use it often ... primary for the " Shearing" sound - piano, vibes, guitar ...

If you have a Yamaha arranger keyboard, you can download my Glenn Miller style that I tuned the OTS settings for Moonlight Serenade and have used it successfully for more than a decade. I named it Lombardo style, but it also works great for Glenn Miller songs as well. The file is attached.

That's good but the distinctive Miller sound was a SOLO clarinet played an octave higher than say a trumpet would and the saxes are harmony. That's the real Glenn Miller sound smile

I use the Melody Intlligence" feature on my Roland occasionally. I prefer to use the tone favorites list . Another cool feature on our current Arrangers that if used correctly can be a real bonus.

Settings for Glenn sounds are abundant on the 3X and I do a whole medley, most popular thing I do
