JV 1080 VST

It sounds good, but their subscription fee every month turns me off. Their rewarding program will let you keep one plugin at the end of one year. Still a little too high if you don't use other plugins.

Its not really a VST in the normal sense of the world

Its part of the Roland cloud..
Which boosts virtual versions of many of their epic instruments

Its not for sale
It requires a monthly subscription fee of €20
For all the Roland cloud..

The Roland cloud itself functions as a VST...

Bachus I am amazed in the amount of information you have stored in your head. -- A N D for the greater part your assessments are correct.

Keep going my friend, John C.

Technical information yes...

And yet i fail to memorise any musical parts..
And refer to play from sheet music and lead sheets..
But then, for me as a home player thats not actually a handicap...
I have accepted this fact

The brain is a strange thing my friend...

As I mentioned in my previous post, Roland has started a reward program; after each 12 month subscription, you get to keep one plug-in for good. It is sort of a rent to own deal. Not that it matters much but for now these are all VST plug-ins you can download, but you have to be connected to the internet for license verification. If a person does a lot of production, this may be worthwhile.
