Every little bit helps......try different approaches, sing/play kb live,......or record the music first...then sing on top of recorded styles on another track etc,,.....or try a SMF backing, multitracking,whatever works better for your needs. There are so many ways to do it. It took me awhile to find my sweet spot.
And always remember there are NO rules! cool2
