How about a one man Orchestra, a one man band and a solo piano player all in one gig?

And a Deejay on top of that if it was required... all by one man with the same equipment. Now let the party start...

Or is making music together with others still more fun then playing alone?

And whome makes more money, the solo artsist i just described, or the lead singer of then 9 heads counting local rock band?

Well, i know who gets the girls... and the booze...

One of my favorite groups from that era. Had the chance to play for one of the original guys on a Lexington show about 12 years ago in Lexington.

Still play "Pieces of April", "Easy to be Hard" and several others on a regular basis.

Blood, Sweat and Tears is another favorite from that period.

Good find, Donny.

I think I'm a generalist. Most work is either in a dining room or with a group. That's because I have ZERO skills at entertaining.

Most income is from sound scores, which is even further removed from listener contact.

Went to see them as a kid in a theater venue..I sat first row balcony center......I was so excited,...then...... suddenly the lights went black and all I heard was was the opening line in the darkness.. ..
"ELI's Commmmmmming"!!!!!! OMG lights flashing and it was on!!
I was mesmerized and will never forget that special moment. Needless to say it was one of the best concerts i had even seen.
