Donny,

The unboxing is far better than the demos.

Tony but at least you get a REAL sense of what it sounds like done by REAL players like you and me...being the unboxing is the best one doesn't say much for the Pa3x ?..lets face it all these kb's have to be tweaked to sound decent and you have to have the playing chops to further what you tweaked also for a good outcome...it's not magic.. lol..I would say KORG has another winner.

Nice demos. Thanks for sharing the links. I too think the Korg has a winner in the Pa3X.
It has a very live and open sound but one thing that struck me was that the volume levels between variations don`t seem to be very even. This could of course be corrected by tweaking, normalizing output through some audio gear but since it was right out of the box it didn`t sound so even. All the individual voices showcased are nice. With the flexibility of this keyboard, owners will have a lot of tweaking options.

While checking some of the you tube videos on Pa3X, I came across the UK launch videos of the Pa3X. This would give you
an idea of how it may sound on stage !!!
May be you have heard it but here it is anyway :

Part 1

Part 2
