Does the SD5 use the same sound engine as the Sd1. The drums sound different to me.

How much of the SD5 is in the Audya or vice versa,

Is there any audio in the SD5 that is also on the Audya?

I'm trying to better usnderstand the two and any Similarities.

SD5 does't use the same sound engine as the SD1/SD1Plus (32MB versus 48), nor the AUDYA (which is an entirly new sound engine all together).

The Audio/Grooves in the SD5 are associated with only it's drums (non in Bass, Guitars or any other instruments, unlike the AUDYA).

So the drums are audio / grooves. I knew that they were different from the SD1/XD9 but I wasn't sure about much.

I see that the SD5 is little gem, which seems to be overlooked.
