Here is a Christmas song I did on the Genesys.

This is the second take of the performance. I had never used this onboard style nor did I play this arrangement before.
The first take was when I pulled up the style and played on it a little bit. And then the second take was when I decided to record it.
This is with playing over an onboard style, with mistakes and bloopers and all.

Straight from the Genesys to a mixer to a hand held recorder from the recorder to sendspace.

No post editing.
Change from wave file to MP3. http://www.sendspace.com/file/s6hym7

Interesting. Suggestion; since 40Mg is quite a bit to download, even with hi-speed DSL, why not render it to MP3. Even at 320 it shouldn't degrade the sound very much and would be much smaller. Just a suggestion.

Hi Genny,

I'm assuming that you aren't looking for comments/criticism of the Genesys arranger sound, so I'll just give my opinion on the music.

An interesting take on Jingle Bells, with a style one does not usually use with this tune, but seems to fit very well.

A few more instrument changes would be nice (IMO), although you did break it up a bit with what you did use.

Confidently played, and a more than decent performance with some interesting ad-libbing and chording.

As Chas suggested, you should reduce this to an MP3...not everyone has high speed connection.

Ian

Oh yes, I nearly forgot...Happy Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas to you, too.

Here you go.
I am reposting as an MP3.
Sorry about the large file at first.
