well, thats odd....
I've seen the supported USB Storage device list on the PSR-3000 and assumed that my PQI Flash diskonkey 1GB wouldn't work there
so i grabbed my USB PQI 1GB and inserted it in my Keyboard and saw Device is connected! and it worked fine, whats going on here?

It coule be the way the device is formatted. Some devices are formatted in FAT32, which in some instances will work, but from what I've read FAT is the preferred format for the PSR-3000 storage devices.

Cheers,

Marc,

Most USB storage devices of 1 gigabite or less will work just fine. There are a few larger devices that will work, but the access time tends to be somewhat slower. There have been a few USB thumb drives that were not compatable, but I cannot which ones they were.

Cheers,

Gary

The list of supported devices is almost guaranteed to be out of date as soon as it is updated!

Format the device using the 3k and almost anything seems to work, (including my generic 20Gig external USB 1.1 hard disc).
