I rarely do this but i have just watched King Kong and give it 10/10. Its not just another mindless summer popcorn movie..its much more..its got substance,style, depth. Its superior to the old versions. The emotional feel of the movie is as spectacular as the FLAWLESS cgi. Its 3 hours long..and worth every minute. Go see it!

Yes indeed this movie was a lot of fun. Three hours went by so fast! I watched it at the Cine Capri, the largest screen with the best surround sound in Arizona. It was well worth the waiting in line from 8am to catch the 10am show. Every other show got sold out pretty quickly.

My head is still spinning thinking how great the special effects were. Peter Jackson has outdone himself with this remake. Everybody in the audience had a good time. This is how movies should be made!

Yep. Jackson is an excellent film maker. King kong cost $207 million to make..making it the second most expensive film after Bryan Singers upcoming Superman Returns ($250 million). I saw War of The Worlds when it came out.It was fantastic. Tom Cruise at his best. Having Morgan Freeman narrate was a bonus. What did u think of it?. King Kong and War of the Worlds have something in common...both movies are set in the olden days.
