It's the usual corporational conspiration to raise expectation in the consumers. Well, let's wait. Thanks for the news! -- José.

Did you hear the attitudes on that forum? I use to frequent that forum before I found Synthzone. I have never looked back. Quote, " Agree 100%, nothing but gay, especially when they have built in speakers.". Duh. The Tyros 2 will not have speakers.

P.S. I was surprised to see Pilot over there.

I don't pay any mind to them. Just old school stereotyping there Funny thing is that if Korg released a new Triton (kept all the same features) and added on board speakers for (personal home reference, and stage reference) uhhh strike that because Korg did do this (but added more features) they call it the PA1X (which is in my opinion a Trition on steroids Triton sound engine blah blah blah. People see speakers today and they just can't get past the old days. Oh well their loss because some of the best keyboards on the market have speakers (or arranger capabilities).

I'm not too surprised by the attitudes shown on KSS. We know many synth players regard arrangers as "toys", so they won't hesitate in expressing themselves in some peculiar ways... It's funny how preconception can sometimes prevent people from going to very interesting places. Let them play their "professional workstations", then! -- José.

Well, Yamaha probably thinks that an NDA means Non Disclosure Agreement regardless of whether it's good or bad statements... unlike some professionals who think a contract is meaningless and they should be allowed to break them when ever they want more money but that the other party should have to honor them forever and ever. Pick your sports star...

Now Tom, why would they want to keep all that good coverage quite ? I read the thread while it was there and it was a glowing review. Maybe they are waiting for the keyboard magazines to review it such as was the case with Tyros when it was released.(The same mags that they advertise in). But we can count on them to be fair and balanced.
