Any device recommendations that I should buy ? Preferably lowest cost. I have a mixer that all the instruments and voices gets combined.

From the way it sounds, you already have all you need to record. Just take the line out of the mixer and run it into your computer sound card's line in. They you can record using a host of free programs and burn your own CD. You'll find detailed instructions at http://psrtutorial.com/L/REC/MakeCD.html

Another great way of getting digital stereo sound is to use a decent quality Digital Video Camera!

I film the band all the time for feedback purposes, but the sound picked up by these cameras is outstanding. Check it out!
