I currently play a General Music SK880 Powerstation and would like any comments /info on how the current arrangers compare of primary interest are the Ketron SD1+ and the Korg PA1X Pro.
I have not been able to play either keyboard in person. Does anyone know how they compare to the SK880 or to each other. I like either 88 or at least 76 keys and GEM's new Genysys is 61 & unweighted. The Korg & Ketron are supposed to be semi-weighted. Which has the best styles, sounds etc.

I myself prefer the SD1 above the PA1Xpro.(Own the SD1)

I use the keyboard for recording and playing at my church .

Also ....I have played both of these keyboards and posted some info and impressions back in July .

The action on the Korg is excellent. Personally, I was disappointed with the sounds and styles .

I have owned the PA1xPro for several weeks. Previously the SD1 for Two Years.
I loved my SD1, a truly Great KB!!!
BUT the time came for change and I am VERY HAPPY with the PA1xPro!!!!
You MUST play both and make up your own mind!!

Hello Richard:
Is matter of personal preference, I am a Very Happy owner of a Ketron SD1 since it came out, still, to me...the Best keyboard for my taste, needs, programing registrations, sounds, playback (SMFs with waves) functions, etc....
I work in a music store and also have the Korg PA1X Pro among others, and is probably my second keyboard option, but, like DanO said, excelent keyboard feel, acoustic guitar sounds nylon and steel......check out both, and let us know your comments.
