PowerTracks Pro version 8 is now available ($49) and includes new enhanced features. The price keeps going up but it's STILL the best bang for the buck:

Got powertracks, thanks guy, downloaded so i don't have the manual yet. Is it possible to edit midi files as much as lets say a motu performer program? And can you print let's say the chord charts alone?

Thanks

PowerTracks 8 midi editing power can't come even close the power of MOTU's Digital Performer, but then again, PowerTracks is a hell of a LOT cheaper ($49 vs $499 for Digital Performer). Also, Performer is a Mac ONLY program while PowerTracks is PC only. PowerTrack's strength is in it's audio recording section, it's midi editing capability is quite limited. Still, I think you will be very happy with PowerTracks 8, especially considering the price. Btw, not only will PowerTracks 8 allow you to print chord charts, but it also figures out the chords of imported midi files.
