Though I never got around to publishing this, I thought I would share the recipes with the nice folks on this forum before I kicked the bucket and they were lost in the PC for eternity. While the recipes were originally written in Word Perfect, you can open the files with MS Word. And, yes, they are all heart healthy, though at this stage of life, it really doesn't matter.

Many of the recipes involve fish and game, therefore, you may have to substitute for things such as squirrel, rabbit and pheasant. For any of these, chicken seems to work well.

Enjoy,

Gary cool

Gary, I'm thinking about writing a Vegan cookbook....that is, if I can find a Vegan ghostwriter smile. Right now I'm eating dinner....boy-oh-boy, this steak is good. Anyhow, at least your venison came from 'free-range' deer smile.

It's in there Donny. Roasted Garlic and Onion Marmalade is always a big hit when I serve it here.
