I know mixers are taboo to some, but I will probably continue to use.

How in the world could I attach this to an Apex 48?

I am already using the mic mount and mixer too small for bars.

Suggestions appreciated

Hey thx Donny, gave me some ideas. If I stick with the 3X, I'll use the mixer, if 4X, no need.

Jim, when I used a mixer, it was positioned on the left side of the keyboard and held in place with a special rack I designed just for that purpose. I had instant access to it, and no one but me could see it.

Jim, have a look at the Mackie ProDX4 it's very small and uses your tablet/phone by Bluetooth.

You can put the mixer anywhere and keep your phone in your pocket LOL

Thanks Donny and Col and Gary,

I really like that plexiglass idea. I did a little setup with my music rack laid that way (of course, wouldn't use it) and it would work great. I'll be at Lowe's today smile

Do you remember what size/thickness you had cut?

I think it was 1/4" you don't want it to bow,............also make sure you don't cut it too deep as to block the display when looking down.....& sand down the sides/corners as it can be a bit sharp from cutting etc,..unlike aluminum you want to see through it..

Jim, I made mine from 1/8-inch aluminum - much stronger, very light and easy to work with.

I made shelves for my Apex out 3/8 plywood as I don't need to see through it.
