To me most imteresting was the new Numa Compact 2x from studiologic..
http://keyszone.boards.net/thread/568/numa-compact-2x

For most here, it was the announcement of the Yamaha PSR-s975 and s775..

But what else was there of notice?
- Nord Electro 6
- Waldorf Quantum, finally an innovative high end hybrid synth..
- waldorf Streichfet STVC, a string and vocal synth
- Arturia mini Brute 2(s) and rackbrute, a polyphonic semi modular synth with modular extensions
- Hammond SKX, a lightweight portable organ, with extra voices build in
- Korg prologue, a 16 voice analogue Synth
- Korg D1 piano, a lightweight stage piano
- Behringer UB-XA, an analogue replica of the Oberheim OB-XA
- Casio CT-x series, budget priced arrangers, that don’t sound budget..
- Dexibel Vivo S9, top model stage piano with a build in physical organ and motorized faders.

Add to that all the software updates anounced, and it was actually a very imteresting Namm for keyboardists.

I would mention Dexibell‘s new piano module, too. Vivo SX7. 1,199€ (quoted by Dexibell itself in a Youtube comment). 1GB sample content which can be loaded flexibly from Dexibell‘s own sample library.

Love the new Hammond SKX. I think they've hit the mark for a performing keyboard. Looking forward to the demos of sounds.

There is many more modules worth mentioning..
As i said... the list is all about keyboards, not modules..
Great about all the vivo piano’s is that they all have the same upgradable engine

However, i should have mentioned the S1..
A lightweight Vivo..

Lets see over the last year we have seen...

Yamaha Genos and psr-s series
Korg pa1000 and pa700
Ketron SD9 pro
Casio CT_x series

The question should be what will happen to Roland arrangers in the future, as all the rest have definately added quite so,e to the arranger market over the last year.

I don‘t think there are many more modules worth mentioning. For electronic sounds there are lots and lots of modules, but modules with acoustic sounds like piano have become extremely rare these days, so this is really remarkable, but that‘s just my opinion.
However, I don‘t think they will sell thousands of units for this high price of 1,190€.

The Dexibell stuff looks really good. If the Vivo S1 can playback WAV files from a USB stick... then I would be interested in the 68 key, 19 lbs keyboard with the unlimited polyphony and 24 bit 96 kHZ piano samples. Kraft music has it listed for $1399.

Wow, that's a really great advertising video. They must have invested a lot in a marketing consultancy. If you compare this to some terrible Roland marketing...
