I will buy one of them but I can't decide, and also wanting to ask the regrets of those instruments, cons...

I will be happy if owners comment

Both are great. the S970 has better over all sound, some new and revised styles, MP3 playback. But I still have a 3000 as a backup.

I've only spent a few hours on the S-970, but I can tell you, as a PSR-S950 owner, the S-970 is like the S-950 on steroids.

All the best,

I think eddie is thinking about the psr3000 not the psrA3000. The A3000 is primarily a middle eastern keyboard with sounds and styles for Arabic, Turkish, Iranian, etc. music. The PSR3000 is an old arranger keyboard from many years ago. The A3000 came out this year. If you are comparing the PSR970 and the PSRA3000 these are 2 different keyboards although the A3000 still has lots of western styles as well and great sounds.

Is the "A" an "A" or a "a", like in a Psr3000?
