Don Mason and I both used this one at one time, and I believe Don still has one set up at Earnest's.

Similar, but mine is the original Ultimate Support model. Extremely versatile, strong, lightweight, and you can configure it any way your mind can imagine. I have at least three separate stands out of it. One I totally designed and put together myself, one for 76-note keyboards, or Tyros and SD7 :), and the other the one I use most of the time.
They all have two tiers, with optional add-on racks, stands, mic holder, etc. I can't believe they quit building them. Mine is about 30 years old and good as new.

I still have 4-5 sets myself. Something that never gets talked about is it's ability to transform itself into any configuration you want. I even use it as a "T" stand (one vertical bar on each side and a single horizontal bar going across for the keyboard. It doesn't get much simpler than that.

I called the USS company last year to ask why they discontinued them. The answer was: IT WASN'T SELLING WELL....PEOPLE WANTED A DIFFERENT DESIGN. Figure that one out!

Don.....I forgot to tell you that I have plenty of USS spare parts in addition to the complete stands themselves. If you need something I might have, let me know.

My setups are all for 61 note keyboards. How did you rig up a 76 note?

If I ever get to play my PA3x, my stands are not going to work for me. I DID manage to get ONE longer tube (about 9 feet) but that would take up too much floor space.

I just used longer tubes to make the 76. Actually the one I designed myself will hold any length kb. I'll either find a photo or make one.

I'm not understanding. I managed to buy a 7-8 foot USS tube with the intention of cutting it down to fit my keyboard. When I asked locally about cutting it, they told me you can't get a clean "slice."

Did you also have a long black USS tube that you modified?

I telephoned Jasper and they said they're not sure if the circumference of the two tubings are the same.
