I've never owned Korg but know there are many fans of this brand. And from what read, their boards are top notch. Still, this would be a bit frustrating to deal with, I would think.

It's true, Korg's USA customer service is nearly non-existent. A couple years ago, you just picked up the phone and called. Now they ONLY do email support, and they are no hurry to get to you.
