It would have been nice if he just spent a minute explaining how he set it up ...

The VH settings that he starts with seems to be the one I use a lot, one voice a third above. I roll off effects on the harmony part some and raise the gender toward the female end some. Later in the song he adds a third part, one below I think.
Then he kicks in Delay for a while. Finishes the way he started.
If you just go through the presets, there are some great ones!
