I think the BCF2000 B or the BCR2000 B could be what I need. Sometimes in live performances I use a Tyros 2 to play midi file backing tracks. I need to control the volume of the 16 individual midi channels in real time. The T2 screen display mixer is not suitable (too many button presses to get to where I need to be). The BCF with only 8 sliders has me worried in that I still can't have immediate control over all 16 channels at once. However, if the 8 knobs could be used for channels 9-16 and the sliders for 1-8 it might work. On the other hand I might be better off with the BCR2000 B and its 32 knobs. Or, perhaps I should consider the Korg nanoKONTROL2. Using two of those would give me 16 sliders. What do you think?
Thanks,
Deaton
