From my limited language comprehension it sounds Portuguese. It has been far too many years for me to sure, though.

Thanks Gary, i noticed the Flag in the back and then googled it, it is Portuguesse.

Portuguese and the Brazilian Flag behind him also gives that away (Green with Yellow and the blue circle).

this is NOT portuguese
it is Brasilian
he's from Goiana, Brasil
even though they speak portuguese,
it's a totally different accent

we , from Portugal, speak it correctly :-)

and that flag is Brasilian, not portuguese

this type of music is called Forro, very popular in Brasil

i'm not crazy about the song, there lots better
