Now that I've got your attention

I'm thinking Korg will do with the 800 what it did with the 80/60/50. What do you think.

If that is the case, from past releases, how long do you suppose it will be before they release the 600 and 500?

Scott

So, I'm wondering why the purple face showed up. Spooks.

I'm sure that there will be a Korg Pa500 with some options removed. My guess is that it will be nearly identical to the Pa800 in many ways but without vocal harmonizer, aftertouch and mp3 playback/recording. However, as long as the Pa800 is selling like hot cakes here in Europe I doubt that Korg will introduce a Pa500. I have been told that only Tyros2 is selling better than the Pa800 right now.

Kind regards,
Tommy

Hi,

if Pa800 replaced Pa80
if Pa1X is replacing Pa2X

maybe that we will have someday a Pa500 replacing Pa50.

Don't know about Pa600 replacing Pa60 since the latter had a very short life before stopping the production in favour of the "chinese" Pa50.

Just my thought.

Regards.
