Donny, thanks for posting this. I thought I knew all the 'ol fart, "fatback" organ players but I don't know this guy (Bill Horn). Is he local (to the Philly area)? I grew up with this format and was fortunate enough to have played with or hung out with most of the guys from this era. BTW, that guy on tenor sounds very "capable".

Man, does that bring back memories. Thanks again.

If you go to Bill Horns Web site, http://www.billhornproductions.com you will find that he produces an Organ and keyboard Festival, (Similar to the UK Festivals (Where he normally attends the Blackpool festival) but not as large) once or twice a year.
Various manufactures have stands at the shows, and you get to see live performances of Artists from various parts of the world.
Point to Note; He does not and has never worked for Wersi, except for the fact that he owns his own Wersi instrument, which suits his style of playing.

Hello Fran
You’re probably correct; in fact he has been playing Wersi for that long that people tend to think he works for Wersi.
Interesting point to note, is that Klaus Wunderlich played and Demoed Wersi from the early seventies, but he never actually worked for Wersi.

I throughly enjoyed the third video (Derek Jenkins). He played a fantastic piece of rock & roll. I wish I could play like that.

Thanks for sharing

George

Hello DNJ
You could always turn the automatics off on your board and just play it manually, after all Piano players do it all the time.
