It happened again the other night while I was performing at an assisted care center. I reached up to turn off vocal harmony and hit the fade out button by mistake. Right in the middle of "At Last" it fades out.

I would like the option to disable the fade out button.

Also I hope that Yamaha includes a time out feature for the screen display. From whatever screen you are on, I would like it if the display would revert back to the main screen after a number of seconds without having to press exit a million times.

Will the Ty II also include our own power-on defaults?

How about disabling the power switch?

Assign the vocal harmony on/off to footswitch, then you won't hit the wrong button.

Tom, I somehow recall that Yamaha had finally added this with the PSR3000. PSR3000 owners, please 'report back' and confirm whether this is the case.

If so, I would only expect that Tyros2 will include this now as well. I'll be sure to ask my Tyros2 contact person to confirm.

In the meantime, tomorrow, Saturday, October 1st is the OFFICIAL Tyros2 roll out day. Yippee ! - Scott

Tom ... I have a kn6000 so I don't know the answer to this ... Is there a "fade in" button ...If you had pressed that wouldn't it come back on without missing anything?

I'm using the footswitch to trigger fills. I have the parts to make a 3 switch footswitch like Scottyee has but I haven't done it yet.
