Here is a link to Dbpoweramp V10 Free version , if anyone is interested in this MP3 converter. Version 11 (the newest) is not free anymore but I lucked into how to still get the free one.

Audacity recording software will also do WAV to MP3 and it is free. It also allows you to enter name of song, artist, etc.
