I listened to some psr 3000 demos, and compared with some other demos instruments (korg pa1x, roland g70), the sound seems to be less bright. Is it the mp3 compression ?What's your opinion ?

Golemxiii, I agree with Donny. Go to the stores and play them youself. Don't rely on MP3s, or even on a demonstration by the person in the store. You will be the person playing the boad, therefore, you must let your fingers, ears and mind make the decission.

Good Luck,

Gary

Of course you will have to judge the keyboards by their own speakers. Better is to bring headphones that you know very well.
The speakersound of the PSR3K can best be judged if you turn the volume a bit up. Say at 70% .... if they let you in the shop!
