Hi,
Of the nine "buttons" (links) that show on the screen when I access the CD-ROM that came with the PSR3000 five of them work just fine including the USB driver. However, the other four will not do anything. I can't get them to respond in any way. The problem "buttons" are:
Product Information
User Registration
50 Greats For The Piano
Music Soft Downloader
I am online with an active connection to the internet when I attempt to access these links. I've read and reread the "Installation Guide for the Accessory CD-Rom."

I'm having no problem with those links. Perhaps it is your ISP? Contact them to see if they have some suggestions.
