I was looking through the manual (pg 100 & 101)to see if there is a percussion switch for the organ flutes - I don't see this. Ex. 2nd and or 3rd harmonic percussion. Can this be applied to a user organ flutes?
Can you setup a split voice with different organ flute setup?

With percussion do you mean the attack time on 4', 2 2/3' and 2' as discribed on page 101?
You can save two different organ setups as seperate user voices and make a split between Left and Right voice (p.105), but if you use the styles as well, there is not much room for two voices. Esp. for organ, where you easily play over 3 octaves with the right hand.

Hmmm?? Maybe that is the percussion? Percussion is the only voice on an organ that has an attack. On a hammond organ there is a 2nd & 3rd harmonic switch. With percussion on, the organ voice clunks, with a rapid delay and the legato organ voice is left sounding (that's the only way I have of describing it).

I remember a post or a lesson over at www.psrtutorial.com that told how to add percussion and key click to the drawbars. As far as a drawbar split, I don't know if you can do that. Good luck.

I am home now and played around with the organ flute section of the PSR3K.
There is percussion and keyclick.
Under the footage tab there are "faders" for 16',5 1/3',8',4', 2 2/3' 2' 1 3/5' 1 1/3' and 1'. They are the normal organ sliders.
On the next tab there are three more faders with 4' 2 2/3' and 2' Those are percussion sounds, in a way that there is an attack and the tone fades away immediately. The decay time is handled with a slider called length.
So the idea is to make a sound with the sliders on tab one, and add the percussive footages on the second tab.
Keyclick is always there on every slider and the clickeffect can be changed with another slider in this section called RESP(once).

Drdalet,
Thanks for checking this out for me. Very cool. I want one. I see from previous posts that you own a PSR3000.
