Yamaha after producing the new OS for the 9000's and then deleting from their web site, have now made available the OS updates again.

The Version upgrade list for 2.03 says "Sound Generator: The sound generator, including the response has been improved. Display: The display is more stable and any errors are automatically corrected.". That's it. It's a little cryptic but I guess we'll take whatever improvements they'll give us. Thanks Graham.

BTW and FYI: I compared the 2.03 upgrade file from before it was removed from the Yamaha website and after it was restored, and it's identical. So Yamaha did not remove the file from the web because they found a bug in it or anything - they're just weird. I waited until now to upgrade my 9000 Pro - no problems.

The Pro. Thanks for the info. I was wondering myself what Yamaha were doing. It appears at last they have got their act back together
