The Arabic Kit on PSR2000 is very poor.
If you compare the quality of Arabic Kit with other kits, you will feel that it's highly compressed, low volume, lifeless.

What's an Arabic kit? (Several arabic/meditteranean styles, perhaps?)

Yeah the Arabic kit on my PSR-550 is pretty lame too.. I have an Arabic friend who's a musician and when he heard the kit, he just laughed.... Especially laughed at those little squeals, im not sure if they're vocal sounds or what

And the lamer part is that, it's the same as in PSR9000 and 9000 Pro.

really....?, you'd think they'd at least clean the kit up on the upper end models...

Magic , an arabic kit is basically ana arabic DRUM kit which includes percussions samples (sounds) of middle easter percussion instrument. Thus enabling you to create (or in many cases the company creates) arabic (middle easter) styles so you can perform arabic music.

The best arabic kit I have heard so far is in the X1 which I currently own. Vega may compete but I doubt its at a higher sound quality. Next best thing would be PA80 as far as the arabic sounds (kits).

Ciao
