I'm looking to purchase a Roland AX-7 or AX-1 so I'm not so "Land Locked" to my keyboards on stage. If anyone has one collecting dust, give me a shout.

They aren't all that expensive new at around $495 Considering it is portable and dragged around to performances I'm not so sure I'd want to save money by picking one up 2nd hand unless it was REALLY cheap.

Nigel, I know your right, but I'm not sure on how much I will use it or if it's a right fit for me. I thought if someone has one on the cheap, it would be a grand experiment.

I guess no one here experimented with them. I've actually bid on a few on Ebay, but there are so many phantom bidders who bid up the price with no feedback and no history, that I refuse to participate on those auctions since I think they are somehow not legitimate.

Thanks for the advice, I may have to breakdown and buy a new one!
