Does anyone have the Glen Miller songs disk? I am wondering if it is any good. Sometimes so called "Miller sounds" aren't very good.

I have got the Technote play-along series GLEN MILLER. It is quite good but because it was marketed for an older KN keyboard, the sounds and registrations are not as good as the Miller Band 'sets' on the KN7000.

However, a little tweaking could improve this to your liking I'm sure. Tunes listed are:- American Patrol, At Last, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Elmer's Tune, I Know Why, In The Mood, Johnson Rag, Little Brown Jug, Moonlight Serenade & Pennsylvania 6-500. I have marked the sleeve as Tune No.4, 7, and 10 as being EXCELLENT and the rest are marked Others GOOD but prefer my own 'tweaked' sets.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Aud. As usual, you are a big help on the forum. I seem to always "tweak" other people's ideas anyway. I mainly want the Miller arrangements. The sounds, I will adjust. I hope these are based on his standard arrangements of the songs.
