It is nice here up about 7000 feet in the mountains but hot at about 100 every day and the afternoon wind comes in at about 25 to 30 Knots down the mountains from the West. We stay in the motorhome during the day with both A/c's running and go out in the evening as it cools down about 6PM. We are in a RV park that is part of a casino and hotel complex called BoomTown here in Verdi, Nevada about 8 miles west of Reno. You can look at their home page by putting Boomtown in Google search engine.
We have just finished checking out the car and motorhome and will hook them together after it cools off. We will be heading back home to San Jose, in the morning, where it is only 80 degrees
I an using the laptop on WIFI that is proviced by the resort and it is great.
The local bands seem to be using mostly Yamaha and Korg's, and they do use them well
We have prolly gained 10 pounds each during our week here Lots of food everywhere. We have been doing a lot of walking too.
That is about it from Reno.
Best to all from Bebop and Family

BEBOP....It is good to read your words! Wi-Fi is great to have where ever it is available....That is one of the major reasons my MoHo stays parked right here in S.E. NM at my home base.

Hot...into the 100's seems to be pretty normal for this summer just about everywhere....A long time ago I went to Reno on a motorcycle....to get married! Did not see much of the city & have never been back other than to travel through...

San Jose is a bit closer to the ocean....cooler does not have to climb mountains to get there!

For years I have noticed that not too many of the young professional KB band musicians play Technics.....Could be a major reason they are no longer produced...

Enjoy all that you are & all that you do...
Happy Trails!
