Hi,
Can anyone explain why MSA always defaults to the variation 2 button when one touch play is used please. Is this a setting or the same on all KN6500's?

I believe it's fixed in the operating system - one of the four options had to be chosen and choosing variation 2 is a reasonable 'Middle' setting. If I remember correctly, variation 2 was always selected on the previous KNs, that included the MSA feature.

Yes Willum, you is correct. No.2 lets you go down one and up two in fullness of rhythm style. In other words a good place to start. You got to start someplace and your told where to start on every model.

P.S. If your married that consept is not so hard to accept. The longer your married the more you are told what to do and how to do it. After awhile you fall into the swing of it and you don't even think about it anymore.
